Reel Sessions

Reel Sessions are a dynamic and highly talented trio who write and produce some of the most outstanding dance music to come out of Australia, including the chart topping ‘Take Me’.

Styles: From sultry downtempo to upbeat dancefloor fillers, mixing disco, deep house and uplifting acapellas.

Live shows by Reel Sessions are a fantastic and energetic experience, with DJ/Producer Damien Goundrie on the decks joined by the musical talent of musician/songwriter James Billings and musician/producer Dean who play a collection of live percussion, keys and guitar. They also feature guest vocals from highly talented performers Kristen Pearson, Chloe West and Adam Michael to deliver live shows that range from a sultry down tempo feel to an insanely upbeat, dance floor filling, heart pounding experience. Reel Sessions’ track record for live shows is impeccable and they’re also a favourite for corporate bookings with their sophisticated attitude towards performing.



In the studio, Reel Sessions have created an array of original work including their chart topping track “Take Me” which was released on the Deep House Project label in 2008 and featured on a range of compilation albums including Hemmesphere 5, Kiss FM 2008, Stereo Sushi 14 (UK), and Disco Heaven 8 (UK).
Reel Sessions’ next hit, “So Where Were We”, was quickly licensed to the 2009 Moonlight Sounds compilation and Hed Kandi the Mix 09 and is set to be a hit for the party season.
